Didn’t get in time for Valentine’s Day. Ordered on the 3rd was not dispatched until 8th. Item received on 17th which is also not trackable as posted by standard 2nd Class. Maybe postage options can be added at additional cost to the buyer at checkout to guarantee delivery by a certain date. However, Item is of nice quality and design. Refund can only be given once item received and then returned back to sender. Communication was suffice from seller on enquiry of item not received.
